Her love for simplifying tech and helping others led her to carve out a niche as a tech support specialist for small business owners who don't have the time (or patience) to deal with complicated systems, confusing automations, and constant website updates.

After years of working in high-pressure, time-sensitive environments, Anel realized that the corporate grind wasn’t for her. In June 2018, she traded in the 6 AM commutes for the freedom of freelance life and officially became a business owner in 2020.

Born and raised in sunny South Africa - home of the Springbok Rugby team - Anel is happily married to her charming, loving husband and is a proud fur-mom to two adorable babies.
